Este proyecto inicia a partir de mi necesidad e intención de compartir mi emoción y estudio a lo largo de mi aprendizaje sobre el inmenso mundo de la cocina; con la idea de documentar y con el fin de mostrar una trayectoria diversa, interesante e inspiradora.
